EXAMPLE / A POOL COMPANY’S CUSTOMER

Hi! We’re thinking about adding a pool. What would a rough estimate look like?
a
I can help with that. What size pool are you considering, and would you like a spa or any other extras?
A 12 × 24-foot in-ground pool. A simple design, no spa. We’re in your service area.
a
Based on our pricing for that design, a rough estimate is $45,000. The final quote will depend on the options, finishes, and features you choose for your pool. Pricing can vary based on selections such as a vinyl liner or PebbleTec-style finish, pool size and shape, tanning ledges or Baja shelves, built-in loungers, benches and seating, steps, water features, lighting, heating, spas, decking, automation, and other custom upgrades.

Your estimate is intended to provide a starting point, with the final price adjusted based on the features you choose to include or leave out.

I have a quote opening at 2 PM on Friday, September 9, if you’re available. Would that work? I can request it for you, and our team will confirm the visit.

Turn inquiries into useful leads.

Collect contact details, understand the job, and classify interest so your team knows who needs attention and why.

03 / PRELIMINARY ESTIMATES

Get a head start on quoting.

Use your catalog and pricing rules to calculate preliminary estimates. Custom, uncertain, or high-value work goes to your team for review.

PICTURE IT IN YOUR BUSINESS

One less thing
for you to handle.

Explore a few ways Aimora can support a service business. These are illustrative scenarios, not a live bot or connected customer data.

EXAMPLE / HVAC SERVICE

“My AC isn’t cooling.
Can someone come out?”

1

Aimora asks for the customer’s location, service needs, and contact details.

2

It checks the service area, records the inquiry, and collects a preferred appointment time.

What your team gets

An organized lead and an appointment request to review. Your team confirms the time with the customer.

CUSTOM REPORTS FOR EVERY PART OF YOUR BUSINESS

The big picture for you.
The right details for every manager.

With the right connections and setup, Aimora can turn your approved business records into custom reports for you, your division managers, or both. Choose the questions, time period, and level of detail that matter to each person.

BUSINESS OWNERS

See how the business is doing.

Bring together recorded sales, lead activity, project progress, and financial information in an owner’s overview. Highlight trends, gaps, and areas that need a closer look.

EXAMPLE QUESTION“What changed across the business this month, and where should I focus?”

SALES MANAGERS

Know what needs a follow-up.

Summarize pipeline stages, outstanding estimates, recorded wins and losses, and activity by salesperson. Help managers spot stalled opportunities and prioritize their team’s next steps.

EXAMPLE QUESTION“Which estimates are still open, and who owns the next follow-up?”

MARKETING MANAGERS

Connect campaigns to inquiries.

Compare recorded lead sources, campaign results, and conversion outcomes. Where spend and attribution data are available, include cost-per-lead comparisons.

EXAMPLE QUESTION“Which campaigns brought in the most qualified inquiries this month?”

OPERATIONS MANAGERS

Find the work that is getting stuck.

Review project status, open tasks, recorded delays, and workload by team or division. Turn scattered updates into a clear view of bottlenecks and items needing attention.

EXAMPLE QUESTION“Which jobs are behind schedule, and what is holding them up?”

FINANCE MANAGERS

Make recorded numbers easier to review.

Summarize approved invoice, payment, expense, and budget records. Flag overdue balances or recorded differences for your finance team to investigate.

EXAMPLE QUESTION“Which invoices are overdue, and how do recorded costs compare with the budget?”

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS

See what customers need most.

Group common questions, unresolved requests, and recorded escalations. Help managers identify recurring issues and follow-ups that need a person’s attention.

EXAMPLE QUESTION“What are customers asking about most, and which requests still need help?”

Your questions. Your divisions. Your reporting format.

During setup, define the records each report can use and the owners or managers it is intended for. Tailor the summary, metrics, date range, and division breakdown so each recipient gets relevant information. Other departments can have their own reports too.

Discuss custom reporting

These are examples of configurable reports, not live business results. Available metrics and comparisons depend on connected data, access permissions, and agreed scope. Reports summarize the records available to Aimora and should be reviewed before decisions are made. Scheduled generation or automatic distribution requires a separately agreed setup.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Know what you’re
bringing on board.

Is Aimora really an employee?

Aimora is AI software that works like a dedicated customer service teammate. It handles defined tasks using your company’s information and rules. Your people remain responsible for approvals, complex decisions, and the customer relationship.

Can it connect to my current CRM?

Aimora supports read-only access to compatible external CRMs, business systems, and databases through its data connection. We’ll review your system and permissions before promising a connection. The current build creates and updates leads in Aimora’s own customer records; writing directly to an external CRM requires a separately confirmed integration.

What kinds of reports can it provide?

With the appropriate setup, Aimora can prepare an overview for the business owner and custom reports for managers in sales, marketing, operations, finance, customer service, and other divisions. Each report can focus on agreed questions, metrics, date ranges, and approved records. Available reports depend on data quality, permissions, and configuration. Scheduled generation or automatic distribution requires a separately agreed setup. Explore custom reporting.

Can it provide estimates and book appointments?

It can calculate preliminary, nonbinding estimates when your pricing rules support them. Custom work, uncertain requests, and estimates above your review threshold go to your team. Aimora collects appointment requests; a person confirms availability because the current build has no live calendar connection.

What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?

Aimora is instructed to use verified company information rather than invent prices, policies, or availability. It asks for missing details or hands the conversation to your team. Sensitive matters, complaints, and requests outside its scope also go to a human.
